Joining SCDC
The South China Diving Club's fees consist of 2 parts. There is a subscription for membership of SCDC itself, and one for membership of the BSAC - our governing body.
SCDC Charges:

BSAC Charges
BSAC fees are annual, and vary according to diver grade. As a guideline the current rates have been set as follows:

Application to Join SCDC
Joining the South China Diving Club is very straightforward. The best approach is to come along on a Thursday night and talk to our Secretary.
Inevitably you will need to fill in a few forms, and these are available from the Secretary or can be downloaded here. There are 4 forms enclosed:
- The first is an application form for South China Diving Club itself.
- The second is a membership form for BSAC, our governing body. This needs to be submitted in triplicate, but it's OK to fill it in once, then photocopy it twice.
- Next is the Diver Medical form, which is self-explanatory and asks some basic questions about your health. If you find you have to answer "Yes" to any of the medical questions, you may need to speak to a medical referee.
- Finally is a direct debit authorisation form for your bank, which enables the Club to collect the monthly subscription.
Please contact our Secretary who will help you fill in the forms, and will make sure they all go the right places.
