The site (Ngau Shi Wu Wan, 22 31.643N - 114 16.867E) that we have been monitoring since 2013, as part of the AFCD Reef Check, seems to have been found healthier than ever before.

Another survey has been carried out in August 2016 and here you can find the new report just submitted to the Agriculture Fisheries and Conservation Department.
