NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the South China Diving Club will be held on Thursday 25th January 2018 at 7:30pm in the Harbour Room of the Aberdeen Boat Club, 20 Shum Wan Road, Aberdeen.
The following business will be conducted:
1. To adopt the minutes of the 2016 Annual General Meeting held on January 17, 2017.
2. To receive the report of the Committee covering the committee-year ended 31 December 2013.
3. To adopt the accounts for the committee-year ended 31 December 2017.
4. To elect a Committee in accordance with the Constitution.
5. To appoint an auditor for the ensuing committee-year.
6. To appoint the Club’s banking organisation.
7. Any other business, of which notice in writing has been received by the Committee not less than twenty days prior to the date of the meeting. (South China Diving Club, GPO Box 11987, Hong Kong or info@scdc.org.hk)

Copies of the 2016 Annual General Meeting Minutes and Accounts ended 31 December 2017 can be downloaded from the SCDC membership portal located at http://www.scdc.org.hk. Login to the portal with your username and password, and then click on the Documents icon where you can download the AGM materials and other reference documents.

It is Club policy that all divers must carry a DSMB on Club dives.
Anyone whose name is on the list at 10:30pm on Thursday evening prior to the dive will be charged the boat fee and for any tanks/equipment they have ordered.
All divers must also have their proof of qualification and dive log with them for possible inspection by the DM in order to be able to dive.
It is Club policy that we must have fun!
